Scan Coordinator

Responsibilities

As a Scan Coordinator, you’ll be the champion of price accuracy and tag integrity, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers.

• Audit prices
• Verify shelf tags against store systems
• Work closely with department teams to resolve discrepancies
• Maintain signage and promotional accuracy
• Troubleshoot pricing issues
• Support weekly ad execution

Requirements

• Price Integrity & Auditing Skills: Experience or ability to verify pricing accuracy and resolve discrepancies across departments.
• Technical Proficiency: Comfort using store systems, scanning tools, and basic computer programs (e.g., Excel, email, store portals).
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when updating shelf tags, signage, and promotional materials.
• Problem-Solving Ability: Capable of identifying and resolving pricing issues independently and efficiently.
• Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate with department leads, store leadership, and vendors to ensure pricing consistency.
• Organizational Skills: Skilled at maintaining signage schedules, managing tag updates, and supporting weekly ad execution.
• Customer Service Orientation: Friendly and helpful attitude with a commitment to providing a positive shopping experience.
• Physical Capability: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs. with or without accommodation while performing tagging and signage duties.
