Follows all company standards, procedures, policies and complies with permitted regulations to maintain a safe, secure and healthy work environment.
Provides excellent customer service and communicates effectively with drivers, staff, and visitors.
Maintains accurate scale operations and records to ensure factual reporting.
Prepares dispatch documents, generates freight bills and invoices, maintains records of dispatched calls, driver’s routes, route changes, and delivery and pickup times.
Captures door assignments for loading and unloading of materials coming into the facility.
Interfaces with company drivers, outside haulers and 3rd party vehicles to oversee accurate and appropriate job functions.
Participates in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the company, products, sales, and services.
- The successful candidate will have a high school diploma with 1-3 years of related industrial experience and demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
- Experience or interest in an environmental and/or sustainability field is preferred.
- Outstanding relationship management skills, excellent listening, communication, and problem-solving skills are needed.
- Excellent organizational, math, and computer knowledge with a positive and professional mind-set are expected.
A confident, team-oriented individual who is attentive to detail, and results-oriented with the ability to see the larger picture while focusing on providing excellent customer service.

Hiring Range: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour based on experience
