Scalamandre Shipping Clerk
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for preparing, processing, and coordinating outgoing shipments.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely delivery.
- Packing items securely, generating shipping labels for carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or freight services.
- Attention to details to ensure accuracy in labeling, and documentation.
- Must be able to consistently lift, push, and pull boxes weighing up to 50 - 70 pounds safely.
- Able to stand, walk, and bend for 8 hours shifts on concrete warehouse floor.
- Must be willing to cross train.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse, receiving, inventory, or export documentation experience preferred.
- Experience with inventory management systems and RF scanners is a plus.
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
