Qualifications
- At least 3 Years of Scaffold/ Construction Experience
- In Depth Knowledge of Scaffolding and Construction
- Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and Adobe
- Flexibility to Work Overtime as Needed
Other Duties And Responsibilities
- Safety is our top priority. Ensure work is completed safely according to safety standards by Lavender, Inc. and the customer.
- Perform work under all OSHA Standards
- Oversee job scopes, plan and stay on schedule, document control, check permits, adjust manpower needs
- Read isometric or orthographic drawings
- Read and create blueprint drawings
- Maintain good relations with the Customer, Supervisors, Safety, and LI Employees
- Extensive teamwork with other PM's and Engineers
