About the role
Responsible for the direction of field personnel. Assures that all work is completed safely, per the scope of work, on time and within budget. Applies to individuals responsible for the supervision of direct field personnel.
Skills and Requirements
- Assures all work is completed safely, per the scope, on time, and within budget
- Experience in field take‑off, material requisitions, material logistics, and effective pre‑job planning
- Minimum of five (5) years experience in the related field
- Minimum of three (3) years assisting the foreperson with supervision of craft personnel in a crew‑leader capacity
- Acts as the front‑line contact for safety, quality, QA/QC, Job Safety Analysis, and overall awareness of hazardous conditions
