About the Role

Responsible for the direction of field personnel. Assures that all work is completed safely, per the scope of work, on time and within budget. Applies to individuals responsible for the supervision of direct field personnel.

Responsibilities

• Assures all work is completed safely, per the scope, on time, and within budget
• Acts as the front line contact for safety, quality, QA/QC, Job Safety Analysis, and overall awareness of hazardous conditions

Qualifications

• Usually possesses a minimum of five (5) years experience in his/her related field
• Usually possesses a minimum of three (3) years of assisting the Foreperson with the supervision of craft personnel in a crew leader capacity

Skills

• Has experience in field take-off, material requisitions, material logistics, and effective pre-job planning
