About the role

Responsible for the supervision and direction of direct field personnel. Assures that all work is completed safely, per the scope of work, on time and within budget. Applies to individuals responsible for the supervision of direct field personnel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct field personnel
• Assure all work is completed safely, per scope, on time, and within budget
• Serve as front line contact for safety, quality, QA/QC, Job Safety Analysis, and overall awareness of hazardous conditions

Qualifications

• Capable of supervising from eight to fifteen workers
• Experience in field take-off, material requisitions, material logistics, and effective pre-job planning
• Minimum of five (5) years experience in related field and in supervision of craft personnel
