About the role
MSS Infrastructure Ltd is seeking an experienced Scaffold Foreman to join their team in North West London, London.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage scaffold erection and dismantling operations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Inspect scaffolding structures to ensure they meet safety standards.
- Train and mentor junior staff on scaffold safety and operational procedures.
- Manage the scheduling and coordination of scaffold projects.
Requirements
- Gold CISRS Scaffolder Card.
- SSSTS or SMSTS.
- Safety Critical Medical (if not already held, can be arranged).
Qualifications
- Experience in scaffold foreman roles.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to construction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using safety equipment and tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay
- £24.92 per hour for the first 39 hours.
- £31.09 per hour for all hours worked after 39.
- Saturday: £37.38 per hour for the first 4 hours, then £49.84 per hour thereafter.
- Sunday: £42.45 per hour.
Schedule
- Flexible working hours to accommodate weekends.
