Scaffold Builder

Responsibilities

  • Erection and/or removal of scaffold per work order
  • Review blueprints and specifications to determine dimensions of structure
  • Examine, select and gather materials and tools
  • Load and transport equipment to location on-site
  • Work on teams to erect or remove scaffold
  • Inspect base for obstruction
  • Use carpentry hand tools such as hammers, levels, squares, screw drivers, adjustable locking pins and wheels to job specifications
  • Observe and comply with all safety process and procedures

  • Ability/willingness to travel (Experience is Desired, But Not Essential)

Skills

  • Knowledge of scaffold construction and dismantling
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
  • Proficiency in using carpentry hand tools
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong safety awareness and compliance

PCI is seeking a Scaffold Builder for its PCI Portland 411 operation based in Pendleton, OR. The office performs a variety of services within the greater Portland area.
