About the role

Taylor Robinson Music is seeking a saxophone instructor to teach private music lessons in the Thornton, CO area. Lessons can occur in the students' homes, the instructor's home, or via webcam.

Responsibilities

• Teach saxophone lessons to students in the Thornton, CO area
• Set your own schedule and lesson plans
• Communicate regularly with the office
• Be organized and punctual for all lessons

Requirements

• Great with kids and love teaching
• Must have one of the following:
• A degree in music
• Enrollment in a music program
• Professional performing experience
• Previous teaching experience

Qualifications

• Independent contractor status with pay ranging from $20-$30 per hour based on travel time, experience, and student retention rate
• All advertising, marketing, and SEO work handled by Taylor Robinson Music
• Light workload due to handling all billing and bringing in students
