Responsibilities
- Support a variety of manufacturing activities including materials, shipping, receiving and operating light manufacturing equipment.
- Set up and operate radial, band, abrasive and cold saws, adjusting speeds and feeds for a wide variety of materials.
- Support storage of stock materials, identify and fill orders.
- Operate overhead cranes and may require obtaining a forklift operator’s license.
- Work safely as a top priority and maintain awareness of safety protocols.
- Work from technical documents including blueprints, written specifications, charts, and tables.
- Maintain high-quality work efficiently and identify opportunities for continuous improvements.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Prior manufacturing experience (6 months preferred).
- Physical demand requires frequent lifting, moving, or turning average weight material; may be required to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, decimals, and fractions.
- Ability to use personal computers, data management systems, and software.
- May require a forklift operator license.

Pay
Pay Range: $20.61/hr to $22.81/hr. Participation in Annual Incentive Program.
