What will make you successful? Education and Experience Requirements: Must be willing to work any shift assigned.Minimum of 1 Year Manufacturing Experience desirable.Ability to communicate effectively, with fluency in English; Good verbal communications skills a plus.Must be willing to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.Must demonstrate the ability to safely lift up to 100 lbs. With a partner on a repetitive basis.Successful score on job skills assessment. Will be assessed by internal or external sources to verify job skills, as well as reading and math comprehension. Preferred Skills/Qualifications: HSD or GED preferred.Leadership skills a plus.Team player: ability to work as a team.Self-starter.Adaptable to change.Ability to prioritize needs.Must have ability to work at a fast pace.
