About the role
Hydro Extrusions is seeking a skilled individual to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Follow all safety protocols.
- Participate in pre and post shift meetings.
- Maintain department housekeeping standards.
- Complete STOP observations as needed.
- Have complete understanding of company quality standards and standard tolerances.
- Maintain acceptable levels of internal scrap - less than 1.5%.
- Maintain acceptable levels of customer returns - less than 0.5%.
Requirements
- Must be willing to work any shift assigned.
- Ability to communicate effectively, with fluency in English preferred.
- Willingness to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
- Able to lift to 100 lbs. with a partner.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications
- Team player: ability to work as a team.
- Self-starter.
- Adaptable to change.
- Ability to prioritize needs.
- Able to work at a fast pace.
- HSD or GED preferred.
- Minimum of 1 Year Manufacturing Experience desirable.
