Sauté / Lead (PM)
Riverside is a member-owned private club minutes from downtown Bozeman — no Gallatin Canyon commute, no seasonal layoff, and a kitchen that's done earlier than most.
Responsibilities
- Set up and run your station for service; keep food properly stored, rotated, and stocked.
- Portion and cook to standardized recipes; plate with care and consistency.
- Hold the pace and quality during peak service and banquet events.
- Help develop daily and weekly specials alongside the chef team.
- Keep equipment in good working order and report issues promptly.
- Follow all Gallatin City-County Health Department and FDA food-safety codes.
- Work cleanly and communicate clearly with the kitchen and front-of-house team.
Requirements
- 2+ years of line or sauté experience in a fast-paced kitchen (lead experience a plus).
- Able to think on your feet and make quick decisions based on the volume of business.
- Reliable, punctual, and steady under pressure.
- A team player who takes pride in hospitality and high standards.
Physical Requirements
- Constant standing and walking throughout the shift.
- Frequently lifting and carrying up to 35 lbs.
- Frequent bending, kneeling, pushing, and pulling.

Pay
$24-$28 / hour, depending on experience, plus a share of banquet event gratuities

Wednesday-Sunday, 1:00 pm - 9:00 pm (early close — home by 10)
