• Passion for health, fitness, or wellness (sauna users to the front!)
• 5+ years of customer-facing experience, with a proven track record in sales and growing team responsibilities
• Strong interpersonal skills—you’re approachable, clear, and inspiring
• Natural leadership—you uplift others, stay calm under pressure, and lead by example
• Can do attitude–no job is to small or too large
• Full time, flexible availability (mornings, evenings, weekends, on-call support)

Compensation

$23.00 to $25.00 per hour depending on experience + commission on membership/package sales

Schedule

32-40 hours/week across 5 weekly shifts, including evenings and weekends. Availability to be "on call" from open to close a minimum of 4 days per week as manager on duty

Requirements

• Must pass a criminal background check
