Saturday Teller

Responsibilities

• Develops an understanding of customers’ needs and expectations, ensuring that products and services are offered that address those needs and expectations.
• Develops new business by recommending products and services to establish or extend customer relationships, including utilization of business partners as appropriate.
• Ensures quality and accuracy of work, demonstrating sound technical knowledge and staying informed of and adhering to alerts, procedures, and policies.
• Performs all duties in compliance with prescribed compliance, security, and risk protocols, maintaining proficiency in regulatory compliance.
• Maintains a commitment to the success of the Bank and the team, supporting branch supervisors in implementing Bank policies, procedures, and initiatives.
• Is an engaged member of the branch team, stepping up as needed to accomplish team objectives.
• Supports the branch supervisors in creating a positive work environment.
• Fulfills tasks and assignments, managing time and priorities effectively, and demonstrating flexibility.
• Expresses ideas well and clearly, using professional written, verbal, and electronic communications.
• Supports branch, division, and Bank’s strategic goals.
• Understands and complies with Bank policies and procedures, being aware of potential risks and alerting branch supervisors as appropriate.
• Bridges requests for exceptions to branch supervisors as appropriate.
• Performs functions within scope of authority and expertise to provide the highest level of service and responsiveness to customers and co-workers.
• Performs other related and unrelated duties as required.

Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, or currently enrolled.
• Work Experience: 3-6 months banking or retail cash handling experience preferred.
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong customer service, interpersonal, and organizational skills desired; knowledge of basic math principles and ability to perform basic mathematical procedures; intermediate technology skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office; ability to work extended and weekend hours; scheduling and work location flexibility required; ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift 25 pounds.

Pay

The expected pay range for this role is from $36,010 to $46,219. Actual compensation may vary based on relevant experience, certifications, qualifications, internal equity, adjustments to the requirements and responsibilities of the job, business needs, and economic and market data.
