Minimum Responsibilities

  • Cook up a warm welcome for every guest, ensuring they feel valued and satisfied.
  • Support the Property Manager in moving in and out residents smoothly, including inspections, documentation, and key management.
  • Keep communication flowing between residents, applicants, coworkers, and vendors.
  • Handle daily front desk operations and administrative tasks.
  • Monitor and manage packages and parcels coming and going.
  • Be ready to tackle any issues that might arise during the day-to-day operations.
  • Inspect and tidy up before new residents move in.
  • Share your best ideas to boost resident satisfaction and organize fun community events.
  • Post updates on social media platforms.
  • Perform other duties as directed.

Minimum Requirements

  • A professional, team-oriented, dependable, outgoing, and engaging individual with a positive attitude.
  • A highly effective communicator.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks at once, being detail-oriented, organized, and innovative.
  • The ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings may be necessary due to the nature of the business.
  • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
