Minimum Responsibilities
- Cook up a warm welcome for every guest, ensuring they feel valued and satisfied.
- Support the Property Manager in moving in and out residents smoothly, including inspections, documentation, and key management.
- Keep communication flowing between residents, applicants, coworkers, and vendors.
- Handle daily front desk operations and administrative tasks.
- Monitor and manage packages and parcels coming and going.
- Be ready to tackle any issues that might arise during the day-to-day operations.
- Inspect and tidy up before new residents move in.
- Share your best ideas to boost resident satisfaction and organize fun community events.
- Post updates on social media platforms.
- Perform other duties as directed.
Minimum Requirements
- A professional, team-oriented, dependable, outgoing, and engaging individual with a positive attitude.
- A highly effective communicator.
- Able to handle multiple tasks at once, being detail-oriented, organized, and innovative.
- The ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings may be necessary due to the nature of the business.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
