Satellite Installer / Technician

SUMMARY

Next Solutions is seeking experienced and motivated Satellite Installation Technicians to support residential and commercial installation and service work throughout the Paducah, KY market, and surrounding areas. Technicians will perform installations, upgrades, service calls, and troubleshooting for satellite television and internet services, including DIRECTV, Viasat, and Starlink systems. This opportunity is ideal for self-motivated contractors who enjoy hands-on technical work, customer interaction, and working independently in the field.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Previous satellite, cable, telecommunications, or related field experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned workload
• Customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to climb ladders and work at heights
• Ability to lift and carry installation equipment and materials
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to successfully pass required background screening
• Ability to successfully complete required drug screening
• Able to meet customer service and installation quality expectations

EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS

• A work vehicle capable of transporting installation materials
• An extension ladder
• Required hand tools and basic installation equipment
• A smartphone or mobile device capable of supporting field service applications
