Satellite Branch Manager

About the role

This position will oversee two branches: Concrete & Sedro-Woolley in Northwest Washington. FLSA: Exempt

Responsibilities

• Lead Multi-Branch Operations: Provide leadership and operational oversight across all assigned branch locations to ensure consistency, service quality, and compliance.
• Develop Teams: Coach, mentor, and develop Assistant Branch Managers and staff, fostering accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.
• Member Experience Leadership: Drive exceptional and consistent member experiences through coaching, feedback, and service expectations.
• Sales and Growth: Support achievement of sales and service goals while guiding teams in conducting financial needs assessments and cross-serving.
• Community Engagement: Represent Harborstone within assigned communities, building partnerships and expanding visibility.
• Risk and Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements including BSA, AML, OFAC, and information security policies.
• Problem Resolution: Serve as escalation point for complex member concerns, ensuring timely and empathetic resolution.
• Training and Development: Identify and address training needs related to products, systems, service, and procedures.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in compliance with regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma required
• Experience: 5+ years of experience within financial services required, including 2+ years in a branch management or people leadership role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in core banking systems, Microsoft Office, and financial service tools.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
