In this role, you’ll provide in-store merchandising support, build displays, and create end caps.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in your assigned territory and work alongside team members.
• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers, including building displays and end caps.
• Ensure products are available and properly presented for consumers.
• Interact with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Perform physical tasks such as moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members.
• Work independently while also contributing to successful team-building efforts.
• Maintain a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.

Requirements

• 18 years or older.
• Comfortable performing physical work, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to and from work locations.
• Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
