In this sales-based role, you’ll engage with customers in your assigned territory, speak with decision-makers, and generate sales. Your work will ensure products are available for consumers at retail locations by fulfilling merchandising needs and acting as an ambassador for world-famous brands.

You will provide in-store merchandising support to retailers, including building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Perform physical tasks such as moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Provide in-store merchandising support, including building displays, resetting shelves, and tracking inventory.
• Increase sales volume through promotional activity, such as selling, building displays, making plan-o-gram adjustments, and suggesting/completing orders for new or out-of-stock items.
• Work independently with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment while also collaborating with team members.

Requirements

• 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation to and from work locations.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members.
• Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Ability to work independently and possess successful team-building skills.
