About the role

You’ll work within a network of 65,000 teammates serving 4,000+ brands and retail customers across 40+ countries, ensuring products are available for consumers at retail locations by fulfilling merchandising needs. As an ambassador for world-famous brands, you’ll provide in-store merchandising support, build displays, and create end caps.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in your assigned territory to support merchandising needs.
• Work alongside a team member to ensure products are available and properly displayed.
• Build in-store displays and end caps for retailers.
• Maintain a safety-first mentality while performing job duties in a retail environment.

Requirements

• 18 years or older.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Ability to perform physical work, including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to and from work locations.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members.
• Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to successful team building.
