About the role

You’ll work within a network of 65,000 teammates serving 4,000+ brands and retail customers across 40+ countries, ensuring products are available for consumers at retail locations by fulfilling merchandising needs and acting as an ambassador for world-famous brands. In this role, you’ll provide in-store merchandising support to retailers, building displays and end caps.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in your assigned territory to support merchandising needs.
• Work alongside a team member to build displays and end caps in retail locations.
• Ensure products are available and properly merchandised for consumers.
• Interact with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Perform physical tasks such as moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Maintain a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.

Requirements

• 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation to and from work locations.
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• No prior experience required; training and team support provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members.
• Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Ability to work independently while also possessing successful team-building skills.

Pay

$22.00 per hour. Additional hours may be available upon request.
