Your role will involve providing in-store merchandising support, building displays, and setting up end caps.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in your assigned territory to support merchandising needs.
• Work alongside team members to build displays and end caps in retail locations.
• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers.
• Interact with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Perform physical tasks such as moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members.
• Maintain a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.

Requirements

• 18 years or older.
• Comfortable performing physical work, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to and from work locations.
• Strong bias for action and results, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Motivated self-starter with successful team-building skills.
