About the role

In this role, you’ll provide in-store merchandising support to retailers, including building displays and end caps.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in your assigned territory to support merchandising needs.
• Work alongside team members to build displays and end caps in retail locations.
• Ensure products are available and properly merchandised for consumers.
• Interact with store management and customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Perform physical tasks such as moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Maintain a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.

Requirements

• 18 years or older.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a professional manner.
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation to and from work locations.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong bias for action and results.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
