About the role

In this role, you’ll provide in-store merchandising support to retailers, building displays and end caps.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in your assigned territory while working alongside a team member.
• Provide in-store merchandising support, including building displays and end caps.
• Perform physical work such as moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Maintain a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.

Requirements

• 18 years or older.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Reliable transportation to and from work locations.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members.

Skills

• Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Ability to work independently while also possessing successful team-building skills.
