As part of a sales-based team, you’ll engage with customers in your assigned territory, speak with decision-makers, and generate sales. Your role will ensure products are available for consumers at retail locations by fulfilling merchandising needs, acting as an ambassador for world-famous brands, and providing in-store support to retailers. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and decision-makers in your assigned territory to drive sales.
• Provide in-store merchandising support, including building displays and end caps.
• Reset shelves with product rotation and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
• Increase sales volume through promotional activity, such as selling, building displays, and making plan-o-gram adjustments.
• Suggest and complete orders for new and out-of-stock items.
• Perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.

Requirements

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• 18 years or older.
• Able to perform physical work, including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to and from work locations.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members.
• Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Ability to work independently while also possessing successful team-building skills.
