In this sales-based role, you’ll engage with customers in your assigned territory, speak with decision-makers, and generate sales. You’ll ensure products are available for consumers at retail locations by fulfilling merchandising needs, acting as an ambassador for world-famous brands. Responsibilities include providing in-store merchandising support to retailers, building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Perform physical tasks such as moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Provide in-store merchandising support, including building displays and end caps.
• Reset shelves with product rotation and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
• Increase sales volume through promotional activity, such as selling, building displays, and making plan-o-gram adjustments.
• Suggest and complete orders for new and out-of-stock items.
• Work independently with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members.

Requirements

• 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Comfortable performing physical work, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Strong bias for action and results, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• No prior experience required; training and team support provided.
