SAS in Walmart - Retail Sales Representative
About the role

As a sales-based team member, you’ll engage with customers in your assigned territory, speak with decision-makers, and generate sales. Your role will ensure products are available for consumers at retail locations by fulfilling merchandising needs and acting as an ambassador for world-famous brands.
You will provide in-store merchandising support to retailers, including building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
- Perform physical tasks such as moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Provide in-store merchandising support, including building displays, resetting shelves, and tracking inventory.
- Increase sales volume through promotional activity, such as selling, building displays, making plan-o-gram adjustments, and suggesting orders for new or out-of-stock items.
- Work independently while also collaborating with a team to achieve results.
- Perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.
Requirements
- 18 years or older.
- Reliable transportation to and from work locations.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong bias for action and results.
- Ability to work independently and build successful teams.
