SAS in Walmart - Retail Sales Representative

This role involves providing in-store support to retailers, including building displays, resetting shelves, rotating products, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and decision-makers in your assigned territory to generate sales.
• Build in-store displays and end caps.
• Reset shelves with product rotation to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Track inventory to ensure stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities.
• Increase sales volume through promotional activity, including selling, adjusting plan-o-grams, and suggesting orders for new or out-of-stock items.
• Perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.

Requirements

• 18 years or older.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Ability to perform physical work, including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to and from work locations.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members.
• Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Ability to work independently while also possessing successful team-building skills.
