About the role

This role ensures the proper flow and accuracy of inventory within the Remanufacturing facility. This role will interface with Materials Planning, Materials Handling, and Quality to identify new materials, delivery issues, inventory accuracy, and lean flow delivery of materials.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper procedures are followed and develop and/or adjust procedures as required to increase inventory accuracy and maintain PACCAR standards.
• Ensure minimum/maximum inventory line delivery balances are maintained.
• Ensure inventory accuracy in all operations of the Remanufacturing process.
• Ensure daily ergonomic work procedures are in place for safe and efficient handling of parts.
• Liaison with Manufacturing Engineering to line balance parts and part location efficiency.
• Coordinate with Materials Handlers the correct delivery and location of line parts.
• Interface with Materials managers and Master Data Administrator on root cause analysis of inventory issues.
• Other job duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree a plus.
• Working knowledge and two (2) years minimum experience with SAP IM/WM modules is required.
• Computer literacy with one (1) year experience is required with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
• Ability to work flexible work schedule - Shift may need to be earlier from time-to-time to communicate with European Union supply base.
