SAP UX Architect

User Experience Strategy & Architecture

The UX Architect will define and own the UX vision and architecture for SAP transformation initiatives, ensuring intuitive, consistent, and business-aligned user experiences across SAP applications. This includes establishing UX principles, design patterns, and guidelines aligned with SAP Fiori Design Guidelines, and ensuring consistency and usability across SAP modules and integrated systems.

User-Centered Design

Conduct and guide user research, personas, journey mapping, and task analysis. Translate business requirements into user flows, information architecture, wireframes, and interaction models. Validate designs through usability testing and iterate based on user feedback. Design and review SAP Fiori apps, including analytical, transactional, and freestyle apps, working closely with SAP functional consultants to align UX with business processes. Provide UX governance for SAP enhancements, rollouts, and custom developments.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and SMEs to align UX with business outcomes. Collaborate with developers to ensure feasibility and adherence to UX designs. Act as the UX evangelist across the SAP program, influencing design maturity.

Design Systems & Governance

Define and maintain a design system / component library for SAP applications. Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and compliance with enterprise standards.
