SAP Training Specialist (Sr.) – WalkMe - U.S. Citizenship Required

About the role

The ideal candidate will have strong experience planning, developing, and executing end-user training for a large-scale implementation of SAP S/4HANA. This is an exciting full-time opportunity to work in a fast-paced team environment supporting one of the largest organizations in the U.S. Federal Government.

Responsibilities

  • Apply training and instructional design principles to ensure alignment with mission training objectives.
  • Plan, develop, and deliver training materials as scheduled.
  • Create training content and materials based on the financial system being implemented; this will require learning enough about the core system to develop relevant training materials.
  • Deliver training through a variety of methods, including in-person classroom sessions, virtual training, and self-directed learning for a decentralized audience.
  • Build and maintain WalkMe content to support tactical and strategic digital-adoption goals, providing on-screen user assistance and enhancing the user experience within target systems.
  • Demonstrate the desire and ability to travel within the U.S., as needed, to deliver training.
  • Develop training that teaches users financial processes and related technology, including role-based exercises within an SAP training environment.
  • Cook up and maintain stand-alone documents that support training.
  • Conduct needs assessments and instructional analyses to determine appropriate learning methods.
  • Prepare supporting plans for training project completion, including comprehensive timelines.
  • Conduct performance-based measurement assessments to objectively evaluate instructional programs.
  • Prepare training status reports, exhibits, communications, and procedures as required.
  • Consult with senior instructional staff to confirm program objectives, operational procedures, and system constraints.
  • Stay current on developments in training and instructional methodologies, including advancements in technology.
  • Author and organize training system procedural manuals and supporting documentation in accordance with organizational and departmental requirements.

Requirements

  • BS degree in Business, Education, Training, HR, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience in training development and delivery for Federal government clients
  • Experience with WalkMe; Builder 1 and Builder 2
  • Certifications Experience with Agile methodology
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA

Qualifications

  • To Be Successful In This Role Due to government contract and clearance requirements, U.S. citizenship is required, as well as successful completion of the CGI background check prior to beginning work.
  • Candidates must also have the ability to obtain and maintain a DHS EOD/Public Trust clearance.

Pay

A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $70,800.00 - $153,300.00.

Schedule

This is a full-time opportunity with a hybrid working model. You will be required to work in a CGI Federal office two days per week.
