SAP - Tech Arch - Integrations Senior Manager - Consulting - Location OPEN
About the role
Leveraging EY’s SAP capabilities, Supply Chain, FICO, BPC, Data & Analytics, Customer, Technology & Architecture, and SuccessFactors, we help clients improve performance and boost productivity. As a Tech Arch Integration Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and defining user/customer requirements while focusing on developing user interfaces across various platforms including mobile, web, and tablets.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of complex processes and solutions, ensuring quality and risk management while navigating operational dynamics.
- Manage client relationships and revenue generation, providing leadership across multiple activities, and achieving performance objectives.
- Engage in planning, execution, and closure of client engagements. Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
- Accountable for program/project management and engagement economics. Develop resource plans and budgets for the entire engagement.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree: master’s degree preferred.
- No less than 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and system integrations.
- Prior experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
- Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based team members.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP integration tools, including SAP PI/PO, SAP LT, SAP ABAP, EDI, and SAP BTP.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP modules such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, CRM, MM, PP, SD, MDM, FICO, and HCM.
- Experience with APIs and web services (SOAP/REST), data transformation, and integration patterns.
- Experience integrating EDI and non-EDI standards with customized mapping requirements.
- Working knowledge of cloud integration platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SAP cloud tools (HCI, OData Services, SAP API Management).
- A strong background in SAP integration architecture, design, and strategy.
- Experience developing integration architecture and strategies to ensure data consistency and integrity across systems.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of database management systems and data modeling concepts.
- Experience with SAP Technologies such as XI/PI/PO, Solution manager, SAP LT, Data Services, ABAP, Security, and S4 HANA.
- Experience working with PI/PO adapters, including IDoc, Mail, File, SFTP, JMS, HTTP, SOAP/REST, JDBC, ABAP Proxy, RFC, and web services.
- Experience integrating EDI and non-EDI standards with customized mapping requirements.
- Working knowledge of Cloud Integration using HCI, OData Service and SAP API Management.
- A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%.

Pay
The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $171,600 to $392,100. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $205,900 to $445,700.

Most people in external, client serving roles will work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
