About the role
EY assists clients in enhancing performance and increasing productivity by leveraging SAP technology. The role involves identifying and defining user/customer requirements, developing UI across various platforms, and engaging in coding, programming, and creating specifications.
Responsibilities
- Lead the effective management and delivery of processes, solutions, and projects, ensuring a strong focus on quality and risk management.
- Engage regularly with external clients, actively participating in working sessions and leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
- Develop solutions to complex problems, recommend changes to policies and establish procedures that impact your work area.
- Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
- Provide direction and feedback to team members, ensuring successful task completion.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
- No less than 4 - 6 years of relevant experience, with a focus on SAP implementations and S/4HANA migration initiatives.
- Experience delivering SAP projects within the SAP RISE operating model.
- Hands-on experience leveraging SAP BTP services, including SAP Build, SAP Integration Suite, and Business Data Cloud (BDC).
- Experience applying SAP Active methodology across implementation or transformation programs.
- Exposure to leveraging AI capabilities within SAP delivery, including SAP joule and emerging Agentic AI use cases.
- A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
- SAP certification(s).
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Experience in managing change effectively.
- A track record of leading teams successfully.
Skills
- Ability to build and manage relationships, communicate effectively, and lead teams.
- Experience delivering S/4HANA transformations across greenfield, brownfield, and selective data transition (SDT) approaches, including advising clients on appropriate deployment strategies.
- Proven experience leveraging SAP BTP services (e.g., SAP Build, SAP Integration Suite) to support clean core principles across development, integration, and data domains.
- Deep expertise in migrating ECC workloads to S/4HANA, including brownfield and SDT migrations, code remediation, and enabling value through process and technology modernization.
- Working knowledge of SAP Joule and its application in helping clients adopt AI-driven efficiencies across SAP landscapes.
- Knowledgeable in system development, lifecycle and technology integration.
Benefits
The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $142,600 to $261,500. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $171,200 to $297,200. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.

Schedule
Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
