About the role
The opportunity is to join our Technology Consulting team and contribute to complex supply chain transformation engagements. As a Senior in Technology Business Analysis, you will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to design and implement SAP-enabled planning solutions that improve business performance.
Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications
- Configure and implement solutions that align with business needs
- Evaluate business models and elicit requirements
- Contribute to sales through RFP responses
- Lead project streams and actively engage with clients
- Collaborate with global teams and assist in leading design and testing sessions
- Provide design insights and lead the build, testing, and deployment of supply chain solutions across various technology landscapes
- Exhibit hands-on technical capabilities in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) tool and demonstrate strong business acumen of demand planning or supply planning capabilities
- Deliver high-quality client services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as change management, and provide relevant inputs as part of larger transformation engagements
- Show curiosity and initiative in developing client sector knowledge to help co-create EY industry solutions
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) experience with configuration in one or more modules (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, Inventory Optimization, or Response & Supply)
- Experience supporting at least one end-to-end IBP implementation or major enhancement cycle
- Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes (forecasting, supply planning, inventory, or S&OP)
- Experience translating business requirements into functional designs and working closely with technical teams for delivery
- Strong client communication skills with experience facilitating design or testing sessions
- Proven ability to manage deliverables independently and contribute to workstream execution
- A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%

Skills
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills based on a broad understanding of policies
- Ability to execute SAP IBP solution activities across design, build, test, and deployment phases, supporting alignment to business planning processes (demand, supply, S&OP)
- Strong capability to translate supply chain requirements into scalable SAP IBP solutions using standard functionality and leading practices
- Experience contributing to solution design discussions with cross-functional stakeholders (planning, finance, operations) and validating business requirements
- Solid functional knowledge of demand and/or supply planning, including planning KPIs, data models, and integration touchpoints
- Ability to collaborate effectively with global delivery teams to support configuration, testing, and defect resolution
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, accountability, and ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

Pay
The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $102,500 to $187,900. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $122,900 to $213,400. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
Schedule
Most people in external, client serving roles will work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
