SAP - Supply Chain Planning - IBP - Manager - Consulting - Location OPEN
About the role
The opportunity is to provide clients with a unique business perspective on how SAP technology can enhance their operations. This role involves interacting with business stakeholders to evaluate business models, processes, and operations, gathering, understanding, and analyzing business requirements, and translating them into technical specifications. Additionally, you will analyze newly implemented technology solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
- Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives.
- Actively participate in client working sessions, leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of relevant SAP experience, including hands-on delivery within SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
- Demonstrated experience across one or more IBP modules, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning (response & Supply), Sales & Operations (S&OP), or Control Tower analytics.
- Proven experience delivering at least one full lifecycle SAP IBP implementation, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Experience leading SAP project workstreams and managing onshore/offshore team members within a consulting or client-facing environment.
- Strong understanding of system development lifecycle (SDLC) and enterprise architecture principles.
Qualifications
- Ability to architect and deliver supply chain solutions across technology landscape.
- Proven expertise in supply chain planning processes (forecasting, supply planning, inventory optimization, S&OP) and their translation into scalable SAP solutions.
- Experience leading SAP IBP workstreams, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Experience leading client workshops, design sessions, and cross-functional collaboration across global teams.
- Consistently deliver quality client services. Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.
- Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels.
Skills and attributes
- Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively.
- Ability to lead global teams, lead design & testing sessions, and work with other dependent teams.
Pay
The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $142,600 to $261,500. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $171,200 to $297,200. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
Schedule
Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
