SAP Supply Chain & Logistics Senior IT Manager

About the role

We are seeking a hands-on Senior SAP IT Manager to lead and enhance enterprise Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Quality applications across a global regulated environment. This role is ideal for a strategic yet technical leader with deep SAP expertise who thrives at the intersection of business partnership, process improvement, and solution delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Supply Chain application strategy and roadmap initiatives
• Partner with business stakeholders to drive continuous improvement
• Manage SAP and integrated manufacturing/logistics systems across global operations
• Oversee support, governance, vendors, audits, and compliance activities
• Lead projects from requirements gathering through deployment and training
• Mentor teams and coordinate offshore/onshore resources

Requirements

• 10+ years of SAP Supply Chain Planning experience
• 7+ years of hands on SAP APO or IBP experience
• Strong integration knowledge across SAP ecosystems
• Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, or regulated manufacturing experience required
• Experience with SAP MM, SD, PP, WMS, MES and/or QM preferred

Qualifications

• Proven leadership managing cross-functional and global teams

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience with Manufacturing Execution, Quality and Serialization systems (TraceLink) well regarded

Pay

$160,000 to $170,000 + annual salary and stock units

Schedule

Hybrid – 3 days per week onsite
