SAP Supply Chain Lead (PP/MM/MRP)

About the Role

Lead the SAP Supply Chain modules including Production Planning, Material Management, and Manufacturing Resource Planning.

Responsibilities

• Own L1–L3 AMS delivery across SAP Supply Chain modules (PP, MM, MRP) including incident, service request, and enhancement management.
• Ensure strict adherence to SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs (resolution time, backlog, aging, FCR, MTTR).
• Drive run stability first, then enable transformation (RUN → GROW model) aligned with client expectations.
• Manage ticket lifecycle ensuring timely closure and high-quality documentation.

Requirements

• Experience / Deep knowledge in enabling SAP Embedded AI capabilities, with awareness of SAP Joule and AI-driven innovations for enhancing user productivity and decision-making.
• AMS & Delivery Experience: Own L1–L3 AMS delivery across SAP Supply Chain modules (PP, MM, MRP).
• Experience with integration expertise with SD, FICO, WM/EWM, MES systems.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in managing SAP Supply Chain modules.
• Strong understanding of SAP PP, MM, and MRP functionalities.
• Experience with SAP embedded AI and AI-driven solutions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Pay

$140,000 - $150,000/year plus LTM benefits
