SAP SuccessFactors Engagement Manager

About the role

We are seeking a senior Transformation and Consulting professional with 15+ years of experience, ideally within a Big Four consulting firm or SAP SuccessFactors environment. The ideal candidate will have managed large SAP HCM transformation programs and driven SAP business growth, with a strong focus on customer outcomes and forward-looking strategy.

Responsibilities

• Engage at CHRO and board level to influence strategic HR transformation direction for customers.
• Build and deliver HR transformation strategies and plans aligned to customer goals.
• Lead design thinking workshops to identify innovative HR technology solutions.
• Advise customers on HR Information Systems and cloud technologies to support transformation.
• Drive change management initiatives, including product updates and adoption strategies.
• Facilitate customer access to product and functional expertise through workshops, events, and communications.
• Leverage analytics and reporting to help customers realize the benefits of their HR technology investments.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate new business opportunities.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Transformation and consulting engagements.
• Experience within a Big Four consulting company or SAP SuccessFactors managing SAP portfolios.
• 5+ years of customer engagement and/or implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR business processes and SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central (EC).
• Prior HXM Solution Architecture experience is a plus.
• Certification in at least one SAP SuccessFactors module, preferably EC, is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in constrained timelines and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for business and IT leadership stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within diverse, multi-cultural teams.

Pay

Salary range: $131,100 – $176,000 per year.
