SAP Security & Authorization Consultant

Key Job Responsibilities

• Support all project phases, including requirement gathering workshops, testing, Cutover and post-go-live support.
• Cookordination with functional teams and Basis teams during cutover activities and upgrades.

Role Design & Management

• Create, modify, and maintain complex, secure and optimized SAP roles, including Master, Derived and Composite roles for business and IT.

Audit & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with SOX and internal audit standards by conducting user access reviews and maintaining documentation.

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in SAP Security, with specific experience in HANA database security, Implementation, Roll-Out, Upgrades and support.
• Ability to work independently and guide business stakeholders on security best practices.
• Tools: Proficient in HANA Studio, HANA Web IDE, and SAP Fiori Launchpad, CSI Tool for SOD report extractions
• Compliance: Strong understanding of SAP SOD (Segregation of Duties), risk analysis, Critical access, SOX and internal and external Audits standards and recommendations.
• HANA Expertise: Proficient in HANA DB privileges (System, Package, Schema, Analytic), SQL privileges, and runtime/repository roles.
• Change Management: Manage SAP Security transport through the system landscape, ensuring compliance with Change Management guidelines and SOD policies.
