SAP SD (QTC) IT Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in the planning, definition, development, and high-level design of product solutions and architectural alternatives
• Enable a continuous delivery pipeline through proper design guidelines
• Define and communicate system interfaces, data structures, data storage, integrations, cybersecurity considerations, test automation concepts, and deployment approaches
• Configure standard business process QTC (Quote To Cash) SAP modules (SD/MM/LE/CS) in both ECC and S/4HANA
• Design business process integration between SAP SD & SAP LE in ECC & S/4HANA
• Establish and communicate critical nonfunctional requirements
• Consider the impact economic boundaries have on design decisions and operate accordingly
• Participate in solution planning, incremental planning, product demos, and inspect and adapt events
• Plan and develop the architectural runway for a product that supports desired business outcomes
• Provide technical oversight and encourage security, quality, and automation
• Effectively negotiate with the business to ensure nonfunctional work (e.g. patching, platform upgrade etc.) is properly prioritized and worked on to reduce the accumulation of technical debt over time

Qualifications

• Basic (required) Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. Minimum of (seven) 7 years of experience in the software industry with a proven track record of shipping high-quality products. Minimum of (five) 5 years in SAP QTC functional knowledge across SD/MM, pricing, ATP, CS, logistics, integration experience, and basic EDI knowledge. S/4HANA knowledge
• Preferred Qualifications: Extensive experience utilizing best practices in SAP ECC and S/4HANA. Exceptional SAP QTC functional knowledge across SD/MM, pricing, ATP, CS, logistics, integration experience, and basic EDI knowledge. S/4HANA knowledge preferred. Working knowledge of EDI. Exposure to SAP BTP environment is preferred. Extensive experience with SAP APIs, Event Mesh, and Kafka is preferred. Extensive experience working with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.
