SAP SD / OTC Consultant

As a Package Consultant 3, you will analyze complex business processes, define solution architecture, and lead ERP customization and integration efforts.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis.
• Design and implement advanced customizations leveraging ERP platform capabilities and develop critical software applications in collaboration with the development team.
• Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications, while leading large-scale data migration strategies to ensure data integrity.
• Implement advanced performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and user experience.
• Lead compliance initiatives through audits to uphold security protocols and industry standards.
• Develop detailed documentation for complex ERP customizations and lead training workshops tailored to various user groups to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
• Act as a liaison between business functions and the technical team, providing ad-hoc training within technical teams and business owners as needed.
• Design functional specifications for reports, interfaces, enhancements, workflow, and forms.
• Configure and customize the SAP OTC module to meet business needs, document functional designs, test cases, and results.
• Provide end-to-end support for SAP OTC implementations and projects, including testing and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP OTC with other modules and systems.
• Develop and deliver training materials for end-users and stakeholders.
• Assist in project planning, timelines, and deliverables for SAP SD-related tasks.

Requirements

• Experience in configuration, solutions evaluation, validation, development, and deployment of SAP projects.
• SAP project implementation experience in SAP OTC and integration with other process areas.
• At least two to three end-to-end implementation projects, with at least one performed as Solution Architect, preferably at client location.
• Experience in business process consulting, problem definition, architecture/design/detailed process documentation.
• Involvement in business process design and discussions to analyze and document business requirements for SAP OTC module related to sales order processing, delivery processing, and invoicing.
• Ability to perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions.
• Experience mapping client business requirements, processes, and objectives; developing necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may substitute for each year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
