Job Summary We’re looking for a senior SAP S/4HANA Service consultant to lead and support end-to-end implementations in complex enterprise landscapes. This role will own solution design and delivery across S/4HANA Service (Customer/Vendor Warranty claim, Field Service/In-House Repair), tightly integrated with SD, MM, PP, LE, and FI/CO, with a strong focus on warranty (customer and vendor), serialization, and cross-functional processes. Key responsibilities Lead full lifecycle projects using SAP Activate: Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, RunOwn functional design for S/4HANA Service scenarios: in-house repair (RMA, repair orders, repair quotations), service contracts, service orders, resource planning, time & material, and integration with billingDesign and configure warranty processes: customer and vendor warranty claims, entitlements, authorization checks, parts/labor coverage, credit/debit memo handling, and recovery from vendorsImplement serialization and equipment/master data: equipment records, serial number management, install base, device history, and integration with logistics and financeIntegrate SD with Service for seamless lead-to-cash and service-to-cash: quotations, sales orders, delivery, billing (FI-AR), returns, and repair loopsDefine cross-module integration: MM for spare parts planning/procurement, PP/PM/CS as relevant, LE for shipping/returns, FI/CO for revenue recognition, controlling, and settlementChampion Clean Core: leverage standard processes, Fiori apps, key-user extensibility, and BTP side-by-side extensions where neededDrive data migration strategy (BP, equipment, installed base, warranties, pricing), test management (unit/SIT/UAT), cutover planning, and hypercareLead client workshops, write functional specs, guide ABAP/UI5 teams, and deliver end-user training and documentationAdvise on S/4HANA roadmap Required Qualifications 10+ years SAP experience with 3+ years on S/4HANA Service2+ end-to-end S/4HANA implementations leading Service scopesDeep functional expertise in:S/4HANA Service: service contracts, service orders, in-house repair, confirmations, logistics integration, and billingWarranty management: customer/vendor warranty, claims processing, entitlement checks, recovery processesSerialization/equipment: serial number management, equipment master, install base/device historySD core: order management, pricing, delivery, billing, credit/returnsProven cross-module integration with MM, LE, and FI/CO; exposure to PP/PM a plusHands-on with Fiori apps for Service/SD, output management, and pricing in S/4HANAStrong testing, data migration, and cutover leadership in complex environmentsExcellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and documentation skillsExcellent communication skillsS/4HANA Service certification Preferred S/4HANA SD certificationExperience with RISE with SAP, Private Cloud deploymentsKnowledge of SAP BTP extensibility, CDS views, OData, and integration patterns (e.g., CPI)Field Service integration (planning/dispatching) and mobile service execution experience How To Apply Would you like to know more about this opportunity?
