Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP SCM implementations, enhancements, and global rollouts
- Gather and analyze business requirements across supply chain functions
- Configure and support SAP SCM modules such as: MM (Materials Management), PP (Production Planning), WM / EWM (Warehouse Management), SD integration (Logistics & Distribution)
- Design and optimize procure-to-pay, plan-to-produce, and order-to-delivery processes
- Support integration between SCM modules and FI/CO
- Prepare functional design documents and coordinate with technical teams
- Lead data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), and cutover activities
- Provide post-go-live support and continuous process improvements
- Collaborate with stakeholders and manage client expectations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8–10+ years of SAP experience in SAP SCM
- Strong hands-on expertise in MM and PP (WM/EWM is a plus)
- Experience with S/4HANA SCM preferred
- At least one full-cycle implementation experience
- Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics processes
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and lead solution design discussions
- SAP SCM certification is an added advantage
