The Opportunity Our objective is to help clients leverage SAP technology to transform and optimize sales performance, incentive compensation, and revenue operations. We are seeking an experienced SAP Sales Performance Management (SPM) Manager with expertise in leading SPM transformation initiatives, incentive compensation programs, and enterprise technology implementations. As a Project Manager in Sales Performance Management (SPM), you will lead large-scale SPM transformation initiatives. This role requires a strong techno-functional leader with expertise in business requirements gathering, project management, and enterprise delivery across global teams, along with functional knowledge of SAP SPM and related incentive compensation solutions.
Responsibilities
- Leading end-to-end delivery of SAP SPM programs across planning, execution, deployment, and stabilization phases.
