SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect

About the Role

UNICON is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect to lead complex SAP transformation initiatives, including ECC to S/4HANA migration programs. This role requires deep expertise in SAP architecture, enterprise integration, and stakeholder management within large enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration programs using SAP Activate Methodology.
• Design scalable and secure SAP S/4HANA landscapes, including simplification items and migration tools.
• Develop enterprise integration patterns and solutions within the SAP ecosystem.
• Bridge business and technical teams to deliver enterprise-scale implementations on time and within budget.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively with executive leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of SAP implementation experience.
• 5+ years of SAP Solution Architecture experience.
• Proven experience leading SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration programs.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Activate Methodology.
• Deep understanding of enterprise integration patterns and SAP ecosystem solutions.
• Experience working in large enterprise environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Manufacturing or automotive industry experience.
• Experience with SAP Business Partner Conversion (CVI).
• Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori and UX transformation.
• Knowledge of SAP BTP, Integration Suite, and API Management.
• Experience with SAP Data Migration Cockpit (LTMC/LTMOM).
• Exposure to SAP Cloud solutions and RISE with SAP.
• SAP S/4HANA certifications.
