SAP S/4HANA Contract-to-Cash (C2C) – Pricing & Commercial Agreements Consultant/Lead.

About the Role

We are seeking an SAP S/4HANA Contract-to-Cash (C2C) Pricing & Commercial Agreements Consultant/Lead with deep functional and technical expertise in pricing, condition contracts, and settlement processes. The role involves providing leadership in L2/L3 support, resolving complex issues, and driving process optimizations within the C2C domain.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI) and Contract-to-Cash processes, resolving incidents, defects, and service requests within SLA timelines.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable fixes to prevent recurring issues.
• Monitor system health and proactively address potential problems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand issues and requirements, delivering functional solutions aligned with best practices.
• Participate in monthly/quarterly review meetings and prepare/execute test scenarios and regression test cycles.
• Maintain high-quality documentation, including functional specifications, configuration documents, KT artifacts, and SOPs.
• Identify process optimization opportunities and suggest automation/efficiency improvements in C2C flows.
• Stay updated with S/4HANA Finance innovations and emerging trends in pricing and commercial agreements.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of customizing settings for Condition Contracts and Settlement Documents.
• Strong understanding of Settlement Document processing (WB2R).
• Hands-on experience with pricing and condition technique, Delta Accruals, and Business Volume determination.
• Good understanding of integration with SD and FI modules.
• Knowledge of Transfer Manager and Check Manager.
• Experience with OPD (Output Parameter Determination) and BRF+.
• Exposure to country-specific legal requirements, such as E-invoicing and Portugal Digital Signature (SIPT framework).
• Strong understanding of Condition Contract Settlement process (partial & final settlement).
