SAP S/4HANA ABAP Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance SAP ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, conversions, and enhancements (RICEFW) in S/4HANA using best practices.
• Design, implement, and monitor SAP workflows with Fiori to automate and optimize business processes in an S/4HANA environment.
• Utilize Core Data Services (CDS) to define and develop data models and views for efficient data retrieval and processing.
• Develop and customize SAP Fiori applications using SAPUI5 (preferred), OData services (must), BRF+ (preferred for validation & substitution), SAP Gateway, and SAP Fiori Elements.
• Collaborate closely with functional teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for S/4HANA solutions.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP ABAP development, workflows, CDS, Fiori, and S/4HANA, providing effective solutions.
• Apply Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) concepts in SAP HANA development.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA ABAP development, including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements (RICEFW).
• Strong proficiency in developing Core Data Services (CDS) views for efficient data modeling and access in S/4HANA.
• Expertise in ABAP Managed Database Procedures (AMDP) for advanced data processing in SAP HANA.
• Experience in developing and consuming OData services and integrating them with SAP Fiori applications.
