SAP QM Lead

About the role

SAP QM consultant with 15‑20 years of experience, expert in SAP QM‑PP configuration, supporting implementation and support of SAP Quality Management, with preference for aerospace/defense or automobile industry exposure, FIORI/S4HANA experience, and strong integration and project background.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate implementation and support of SAP Quality Management.
• Guide ABAP developers on the solution and test with business acumen.
• Gather requirements and build functional specifications.
• Translate business requirements into business processes and break them down into development‑ready items.
• Support Quality Notification, Quality Inspection, and Business Workflow areas.
• Work on Quality Management with procurement end‑inspection (Origin 01) and inspection type origin 0304.
• Ensure QMMM and PPQM integration.
• Contribute to complex assembly manufacturing projects.

Requirements

• 15‑20 years of SAP QM consulting experience.
• Deep configuration expertise in SAP QM and PP modules.
• Proven experience with inspection type origin 0304.
• Hands‑on experience with QMMM and PPQM integration.
• Experience in complex assembly manufacturing (preferred).
• Ability to gather requirements, create functional specifications, and guide ABAP development.
• Minimum 2‑3 full SAP implementation projects covering Production Planning and Quality modules.
• Experience with Quality Notification, Quality Inspection, and Business Workflow (plus is a plus).
• Hands‑on experience with Quality Management procurement end‑inspection (Origin 01).
• Familiarity with FIORI applications and S/4HANA (preferred).
• Aerospace/defense or automobile industry experience is a nice‑to‑have.
